Objectives:
The aim of this project is the designing and development of an advanced fleet management system which consists of an innovative technological solution of dynamic management that allows to conduct a perfect real-time control and management of the company’s refrigerated trailers in an individualized and automated way.
PROJECT SUMMARY:
By conducting the project, the following targets are reached:
• Substantial improvement of the transport fleet management, thanks to the control of the refrigerated trailer independently of the cab, in real time.
• Significant improvement of the control and monitoring of freight transport through a new mobile application.
• Increase in the added value of the final service, at more competitive prices.
• Improvement and optimization of the entire logistics process of the company.
