Objectives:
The general objective of this project is the implementation of an advanced warehouse management and control solution.
PROJECT SUMMARY:
With the completion of the project, the following achievements are achieved, among others:
· Control warehouse operations from a single complete solution, which automates and optimizes all business processes.
· Improve responsiveness and customer service.
· Incorporate a scalable, flexible and powerful management tool, allowing the Company to grow without technological limitations.
· Optimize the company’s procedures and processes, devoting less time to daily management operations and more to the business.
Project financed by the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER) of the European Union and the Junta de Castilla y León, through the Institute for Business Competitiveness of Castilla y León (ICE), with the aim of developing the digital economy.
